Each individual may only register one account, and any attempt to create multiple accounts will be considered a violation of platform rules. If information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading, y19e reserves the right to suspend or terminate that account at any time. As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, we may request a copy of your national ID card or passport. It is the user's responsibility to keep their information up to date and to notify us promptly of any changes.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your username or password with any third party, and we recommend using a strong password. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, and y19e will not be liable for unauthorized use by a third party. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Y19e may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent or deceptive activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or abusing bonuses. If there are legitimate funds in the account at the time of closure, they will be returned to the user's registered payment method, though exceptions may apply in cases of terms violations. Requests to close an account under self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools will be actioned immediately. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team.

All users of the y19e platform are expected to conduct themselves honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the law. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y19e platform: any form of fraud or deceptive behavior, placing automated bets using software or bots, and conducting money laundering or any unlawful financial activity. Any attempt to breach the platform's security, engage in hacking, or carry out a cyberattack will be subject to strict legal action. Payments & Transactions
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the y19e platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits can be made using popular local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days; however, this may take longer if identity verification has not been completed. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
When claiming any bonus or promotional offer from y19e, the specific terms and conditions applicable to that bonus will apply. Bonus funds and real money are managed separately, and the designated wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings. If bonus terms are violated or abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. All transactions on the y19e platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT), and direct transactions in foreign currencies are not supported. Users are solely responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to earnings from gaming activity. y19e does not provide tax advice, and you should consult a qualified professional for any tax-related matters. Suspicious financial transactions on the platform may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit regulations.
